Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 15, 2026

These are the terms for using PeakFitness. Written in plain language, not legalese, but they're still an agreement between you and us. Using the app means you agree to them.

Who we are

We're the team behind PeakFitness, an app built in Romania for trainers here. You can message us anytime on WhatsApp at 0751 132 300 — a real person answers, usually the same day.

What PeakFitness is

It's an app that helps personal trainers build workout programs, send them to clients, and track what actually got done. Clients log their sets from a link, without installing anything from an app store.

It's a tool for organization and record-keeping. It doesn't replace the trainer, doesn't make decisions on their behalf, and doesn't provide medical services.

We're in beta

The app is free for as long as beta runs, and we don't ask for your card. In exchange, we ask for patience: features may change or disappear, bugs may show up, and availability isn't guaranteed. We don't offer a guaranteed service level at this stage.

When we introduce a price, we'll tell you ahead of time and you decide then. We won't automatically switch you to a paid subscription.

Your account

You sign in with Google or a code sent by email. We don't use passwords. You're responsible for access to the email address and Google account you sign in with.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're a trainer working with minors, you need a parent's or guardian's consent before entering their data in the app.

Your clients

You decide who you invite and what you record about them. You're the one with the relationship with the client, and you're responsible for the program you give them and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Before adding a client, make sure they know and agree that you're keeping a record of their workouts in an app. We process this data so we can provide you the service — details are in the privacy policy.

This isn't medical advice

PeakFitness doesn't provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations. Weight training carries risk. If you or your client have a condition, an injury, or any doubt, see a doctor before, not after.

Progression suggestions are calculated from what's been logged before. They're a starting point for your professional judgment, not a replacement for it.

What the AI does, and what it doesn't

You can describe a program in your own words and get back an editable structure. The result is always a proposal: nothing reaches the client until you confirm it. Suggested exercises come from a predefined list.

We don't guarantee that an automatically generated proposal is suitable for a specific person. The check remains yours.

How you can't use the app

Don't try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, don't use it for illegal purposes, don't deliberately overload it, don't scrape content from it automatically, and don't enter data about people who haven't given their consent.

Your content stays yours

The programs, notes, and history you build belong to you. You entrust them to us only so we can run the service: to store them, display them to you and your clients, and back them up.

The app itself — the code, the design, the PeakFitness brand — belongs to us.

Liability

We provide the service "as is," especially during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses, loss of clients or revenue, or training decisions made based on the app.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer protection law gives you.

Termination

You can walk away anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, usually after notifying you.

If we shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice and the chance to take your data with you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The last-updated date is at the top.

Governing law and complaints

Romanian law applies, and Romanian courts have jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint, write to us first — it's usually resolved within a day. You also have the right to go to ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, through the SAL platform, or to the European ODR platform. The links are in the page footer.
